Windows Registration
Software License Agreement
PCG Associates, Inc. hereby grants a License
to use PageAway("Licensed Software") under the following conditions:
Evaluation Copy
This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation
purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 day
evaluation period a registration fee is required. When your payment is received, you will
be sent a registered copy of the latest version of PageAway.
Unregistered use of PageAway after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of
U.S. and international copyright laws.
Distribution
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such
copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other
products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
Registered Users:
· on a single computer system that contains only one central processing unit (CPU) that
can access the Licensed Software;
· to make two copies of the Licensed Software for archival purposes only
No license is granted to:
· transfer to another source code, object code, or libraries derived from the Licensed
Software, except those files identified as "re-distributable"
· decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Licensed Software in whole or in part;
· create derivative works of the Licensed Software; or
· copy in whole or in part the accompanying User Manual.
TERMINATION
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate this License by destroying
of the Licensed Software in your possession. PCG may terminate this License immediately if
you fail to observe any of the terms of this license. In the event of termination, you
must destroy all copies of the Licensed Software immediately, or return them to PCG.
COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP
The Licensed Software is owned by PCG and is protected under the copyright laws of the
United States and international treaty provisions. Notwithstanding the copyright, the
Licensed Software contains trade secrets and confidential information of PCG which remains
the property of PCG. PCG reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this License.
LIMITED WARRANTY
PCG warrants that:
· the material contains on each diskette is properly recorded and is not defective;
· Licensed Software shall function substantially as described in the Online documentation
when used in accordance with instructions contained therein.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
AND LIMITED WARRANTY, NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE PROVIDED BY PCG. PCG ASSOCIATES, INC.
SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND LIMITS YOUR REMEDY TO RETURN OF
A FAULTY DISKETTE TO PCG FOR REPLACEMENT WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL ACQUISITION OF THE
SOFTWARE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER
RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR
LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
